A 1986 graduate of Kansas State University, Theodore has over 35 years of experience with a wide array of building types, including civic and municipal facilities, educational institutions, and office buildings. In his career, Theodore has played a key role in the design of many significant buildings in Topeka, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, Security Benefit, the TMTA Quincy Street Station, the Bettis Sports Complex, and multiple school projects for USD 501 Topeka Public Schools. An excellent designer, Theodore’s attention to detail and impeccable memory also make him the office leader in Code-compliance issues, material detailing, and construction administration.
Theodore is a husband, father of two grown children, and loves the outdoors, especially lazy summer float trips.
